Simple, Straightforward Pricing
Bailey Tech Labs believes technology support should have clear and understandable pricing. Many services are billed based on the time and work required, while larger, specialized, and custom projects may be quoted individually.
Final pricing can vary depending on the type of service, equipment involved, complexity of the issue, required materials, location, travel time, and other project needs.
Standard Labor
Standard labor applies to many technology services, including troubleshooting, computer repair, software issues, hardware installation, networking, Wi-Fi, printers, peripherals, and general technical support.
On-Site Service
On-site appointments have a minimum service charge of $75. This helps cover the time and resources required to schedule and provide an in-person service visit.
Travel Time
Travel time may be charged for appointments outside the immediate service area or for longer-distance service visits. Travel charges are based on the time and distance required for the appointment.
Services Typically Billed by Labor Time
The standard $50 hourly labor rate may apply to services such as:
- Computer troubleshooting and repair
- Hardware installation and upgrades
- Software troubleshooting and configuration
- Malware and unwanted software cleanup
- Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Printer and peripheral setup
- Smart home and device setup
- General technology support
Security Camera Installation
Security camera installation labor is generally billed at the standard rate of $50 per hour.
Installation time can vary depending on the number of cameras, mounting locations, wiring requirements, building layout, system setup, network configuration, and other project needs.
Cameras, mounts, wiring, recording equipment, storage devices, and other required hardware are billed separately unless specifically included in a quote.
10% Off Installation Labor
When a customer chooses Bailey Tech Labs for the installation of 4 or more security cameras, they receive a 10% discount on the installation labor for that camera project.
The discount applies to installation labor only and does not apply to cameras, equipment, hardware, or other materials.
Parts, Equipment, and Software
Parts, replacement hardware, cameras, networking equipment, software licenses, subscriptions, cables, and other materials are generally not included in labor charges unless specifically stated in a quote.
When additional equipment or materials are needed, the cost will be discussed or quoted whenever practical before additional purchases are made.
3D Printing and Custom Projects
Bailey Tech Labs offers 3D printing services for custom projects, replacement parts, prototypes, decorative items, organizers, accessories, and other compatible designs.
Pricing for 3D printing can vary depending on the material used, size of the item, print time, complexity, number of colors, quantity, and whether custom design or model modification work is required.
Simple prints may be priced based on material and print time, while larger, more complex, or custom projects may require an individual quote.
Custom design work, model modifications, or additional preparation may involve separate design time depending on the project.
